A Evansville, Wyoming, motel is an accommodation designed for motorists, usually having direct access to an open parking area. The word motel is a portmanteau of motor and hotel, initially referred to a type of accommodation consisting of a single building of connected rooms faced a parking lot and/or a common area.

Evansville, Wyoming, motels usually have a homogenized appearance and are designed to cater to motorists. Motels are typically constructed in a "I", "L", or "U" shaped layout that features guest rooms, an attached manager's office, a small reception area, and sometimes a small diner.

Other Evansville, Wyoming, motels offer more visual distinction, often featuring eye-catching neon signs and themes from popular Americana.

Motels differ from hotels in their common location along highways, while hotels favor locations in urban cores. Resolved Question: Need ideas on a title?

I need a funny or possibly naughty title for these news stories. Nothing explicit only implied please. These are the two I'm trying to think up titles for. You can answer for just one article or two with as many suggestions as you can think of. ************* CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A Wyoming man has been charged with counterfeiting money to pay an exotic dancer for a private performance. Rickey A. Kempter, 50, faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. Prosecutors said Kempter hired the exotic dancer for a private dance at the Lariat Motel, and Kempter and the dancer shared a taxi to the location. The taxi driver called police after they arrived, saying Kempter asked him to hold a roll of $50 bills and he noticed that they looked odd and were not cut evenly. Court documents said Kempter told investigators that he made the bills on a printer in his home, but that he planned to go home and get real money to pay the dancer. ************** QUINCY, Mass. (AP) — A woman was arrested after admitting to police that she hid 19 bags of crack cocaine in her bra. Sandra Sanborn was charged Sunday with possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute following a tip to Quincy’s police drug unit. Capt. John Dougan said when detectives approached the 33-year-old woman at a Quincy building, she was holding a bag containing crack cocaine in her hand. Dougan said Sanborn then produced 19 more bags tucked away in her bra.

Resolved Question: Why does my upload on facebook keep failing?

I'm traveling a lot right now. We've driven from Manitoba to Saskatchewan, Alberta, Montana, Wyoming, back to Alberta, British Columbia, and we're currently in the Canadian Northwest Territories. (I'm Canadian, not American). We are going to be going to the Yukon and back to British Columbia before going back home in Manitoba. I am staying at motels/hotels with wireless internet for my laptop, like right now, but whenever I try to upload photos to facebook using the full uploader (got a lot of photos and I have the necessary requirements [active X, Java version]) it fails. Everything else on the internet works, except that. Why?

Resolved Question: Im going on a road trip.... how much money should i have saved?

there are three of us going. we live in northern arizona and were going through Utah, Idaho, and our main destination is Wyoming. then were coming back. we will spend 4 days in wyoming and the whole road trip will be about a week and a half to 2 weeks. the car we have is good on gas. can go about 400 miles on a tank. (REALLY rough estimate) we are going to stay in hotels/motels sometimes but mostly stay with friends. how much money should each of plan on bringing do you think? rough estimate. it would be pointless to go out of our way to get a good deal on gas. besides, we dont know anybody in Hudson, WI

Resolved Question: Road trip advice...any at this point?

A friend and I want to take a road trip to south dakota (we live in LA calif). My largest concern is will it be cheaper renting a car or buying a junk one or is it possible to go by train? It will take about 600 dlls. to get there and back and that doesn't even include stops we want to make on the way. Around how much are motels in utah, Wyoming and s dakota? I guess sleeping in the car is our best bet (but I doubt that two mexicans sleeping in a car is going to go well with the fine folks in utah and wyoming) and taking showers at truck stops. How did hippies do it? I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Resolved Question: What Are The Ultimate Road Trip Destinations?

I am planning a post college graduation road trip of epic proportions. I live in Houston and am planning to head west through Cali, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, and maybe Washington State. I do not mind driving at all so time in the ca is not a factor. I would rather camp than stay in a motel, but an occasional city stop is desired. Are there any must see places (excluding the obvious Grand Canyon)? Any place that you felt was a truly amazing sight? And any scenic highways to take? Thanks I want to stay in the US, I will be broke and I will want to keep it fairly cheap

Voting Question: I just need everyone advice on what we should do?

My husband just got a job on the rigs in wyoming and he is going to be training for 3 days and then going to work for 2 weeks and then off for two weeks. He is doing paid training but its not as long as he thought it was going to be.The thing we want advice on is when he gets his first check should I go out there and be with him and get a motel for both of us until the end of his two weeks or should I wait and let all three of his checks build up and pack and then move out there when he get of work,By the way it is killing us both to be away from each other for a long time.I also want to know if anyone can give me advice on how to deal with being away from him for a long time I really miss him and cry alot since we have been together we have not spent more then 24hours apart and I am 18 and my husband is 22......help

Voting Question: Am I getting screwed over at my job? Should I quit NOW?

I've posted another question about this job in regards to quitting it. I also want some people's opinion about if my employers are doing anything illegal with how they treat/pay us. I work at a motel at the front desk. I make $8 an hour with NO benefits. I get no vacation time, no sick time (we are seriously not allowed to call in sick), and I have to work every holiday for the same pay (because of this I can't spend time with my own family for Christmas this year). I seriously live paycheck to paycheck with no opportunity to save anything. The poor housekeepers have to work 15 days in a row making less than I do. I do some of the overnight shifts which go from five in the evening to nine in the morning and I make NO overtime for it. I've looked into jobs in town that would pay me around $10-12 dollars an hour with benefits and retirement and that good stuff. A couple people here have up and quit with no two weeks and I mentioned to my boss that I would be professional and give proper notice when I leave, to which she replied that she would NOT accept it. She laughed after she said that, so I really hope she was joking. If you haven't read my other question, she's been trying to get me to commit to her for FOUR years. I have told her twice that I cannot do this. I don't think she's hearing me. If I do quit now, she'd have one other girl to run the counter. They would seriously be SOL. My boyfriend says they've dug their own grave by not hiring more people and relying on me so much. I guess it's a moral thing that keeps me here but I'm MISERABLE. I'd love to go to college and I know that won't happen if I stay here. I want to do this as professionally and as mature as possible. I'm also wondering if my boss tries to make me stay if there is any legal recourse. I'd like to be able to cite certain laws (I live in Wyoming) that I can cite to make my point. I need to leave this job before I end up staying here forever!!!! ANY help would be great, thanks. I've decided to put in my notice for December 15th being my last day. This gives me time to get a new job and train a new person for my job so they're not short-handed. Thanks for everyone who's helped me!!

Resolved Question: What is the absolute cheapest place to stay in Casper, Wyoming for 2 weeks?

My husband has been working in Casper, Wyoming for about 4 months.. We are really missing each other.. I have a chance to take some time off for work, but unfortunately after looking at the motel prices I'm doubting it'll even be possible. I just want to see my husband.. the motel can be in Casper or Glenrock.. or anywhere in the middle.. The information will be appreciated..Or if you have a guest house or something.. and you'd take about 200-250 a week for 2 weeks.. that'd be cool too...
